Romanian embassy official Dr Silviu Ionescu (wearing suit jacket) is believed to be able to further assist with a tragic hit-and-run accident that occured in Singapore on 15 December 2009.

A black Audi A6 belonging to the Romanian embassy was involved in the accident that happened on Bukit Panjang Road.

Three pedestrians were hit in the accident, and one has since passed away.
