Muhd Haris Abu Talib, an ITE (Dover) student, was warded at National University Hospital (NUH) with injuries.

He was also hit by a black Audi A6 in the horrific double hit-and-run accident.

The car first hit two pedestrians. It later speed off and went on to hit Muhd Haris Abu Talib, at the next junction, about 140m away on Bukit Panjang Road.
