$300,000 worth of goods lost to flooding
HE SAT on a pile of wet rugs and carpets surveying the muddy scene around him.
He was shocked and devastated. Mr Kazem Fadakar had opened his shop's shutters two hours earlier and found his expensive Persian rugs and carpets soaked in knee-high water.
