World's shortest man is just 70cm tall

Edward Nino Hernandez, measuring 70cm (27in), is slightly taller than a piece of carry-on luggage and weighs 10kg (22lbs). The 24-year-old has been recognised as the world's shortest man in the upcoming Guinness World Records 2011 book.
