Mechanical problems cause emergency landing

In a written statement to the media, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defence Teo Chee Hean said preliminary investigations show a mechanical problem forced the Republic of Singapore Air Force's (RSAF) Apache Longbow Attack Helicopters (AH-64D) to be landed at a Woodlands field.

He was on an official visit to India when he commented on the helicopter incident which happened on September 30, 2010.more.
