Cosplay enthusiasts gathered at Suntec Convention Centre to attend Anime Festival Asia, a three-day event which ended Nov 13.

Many of the participants were dressed as their favourite characters. Others were there to shop for manga-character souvenirs and also to dine at a Japanese -style maid cafe.

The event ended with the AFA Regional Cosplay Championships, where a duo from the Philippines took home the grand prize of a round-trip to Tokyo and a Canon Powershot G12 digital camera.
