Overloaded vehicles are dangerous for a variety of reasons. Not only have cases of overloading caused major traffic accidents, in the worst case scenarios, overloading has also caused entire roads or bridges to collapse.

Nevertheless, many motorists and commuters all over the world are still overloading their vehicles and public transport with dangerous objects, livestock and human beings.
