On March 28, a confrontation between demolition crew and residents took place in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, China, over the forced demolition of their homes.

The building located at the intersection between Beijing East Road and Shanghai North Road was slated to be demolished without agreement from its residents.

Due to being out-matched in force, the homeowners could only look on as bulldozers smashed their building.
