American actress Liv Tyler has been named as the face for German lingerie brand Triumph for its Essence collection's global Autumn/Winter 2017 campaign.
The German lingerie brand with a rich history of crafting lingerie since 1886, held an event in Shanghai recently to introduce Tyler as their newest ambassador.
Celebrating female sensuality and body confidence, the new campaign photographed by renowned British portrait and fashion photographer Rankin marks a new direction for the Essence lingerie branding.
Tyler follows Julianne Moore who was named earlier this year as the face of Triumph Florale, a range of lingerie designed with beautifully decorated stretch lace combined with high quality tulle.

This is the first global campaign Tyler has done for a lingerie brand and she says, "Crazy right? Especially after three children and nearly turning 40 (at time of photoshoot), I am doing my first lingerie campaign! Life is full of surprises."
With such a rich history, Tyler says the Triumph Essence collection is really special and has both a playful, feminine and chic style, which she loves.
Although she was very nervous posing for lingerie especially just after having her daughter Lula, she says, "I said yes to the challenge to motivate myself to get in the very best shape that I could to do the campaign."
Well, from the beautiful campaign images, Tyler obviously got in shape fast - with the help of a trainer - and captured the sensuality of the Essence collection!
