Is Angelababy pregnant with a baby boy?

HONG KONG - Are congratulations finally in order for actress Angelababy and her husband, actor Huang Xiaoming?

Following repeated rumours about her pregnancy, the actress is now said to be expecting a boy.

An unnamed buddy of the star disclosed this to Apple Daily, after the star was seen visiting a gynaecologist.

A witness revealed on Tuesday that Angelababy, 27, looked to have been about three months pregnant.

There was no official word on the news yesterday, but Apple said that, with the baby's gender revealed, she must be at least four months along.

Now Huang, 38, is telling his wife to stop all work to await the birth, according to her friend. The couple held their civil marriage in May last year and nuptials in October.

The clues had been there, Apple said. Angelababy's tummy showed at an event last Friday. Monday was sunny in Shanghai, but she wore a thick jacket covering her body.

A host of the Zhejiang television gameshow Running Man, she is also said to have dropped out of its upcoming fifth season.

Meanwhile, action star Vincent Zhao Wenzhuo, 44, has announced the birth of his third child with his actress wife Zhang Danlu. Apart from newborn daughter Luna, they have another girl and a boy.
