Be pampered and empowered at the inaugural Ladies Expo 2014

Singapore  - The inaugural Ladies Expo 2014 promises to be a one-stop destination for ladies of all ages and profiles to enjoy special deals, attend talks and workshops and try out activities that celebrate the joy and vitality of womanhood.

This 4-day event is the first and only one of its kind in Singapore. It is organised by Exhibits Inc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sphere Exhibits, which is the events and exhibitions arm of Singapore Press Holdings (SPH).

There are more than 60 exhibitors present and visitors can look forward to talks and activities, complimentary makeovers, hairstyling, make-up services and samples of the best cosmetics, skincare and beauty products. In addition they can browse through a comprehensive range of products and services in beauty, fashion, nutrition, health, wellness, sports, fitness, bridal, shopping and more.

Ladies Expo 2014 is open to public at Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre (Level 1, Hall B) from September 25 - 28, 12pm to 9pm daily. Admission is free.

Feeling good and looking good

Visitors to Ladies' Expo can choose to take part in a broad range of talks and activities by the various exhibitors to help them feel good and look good.

Parkway Cancer Centre will be presenting a series of health talks conducted by renowned doctors and in-house experts. They will cover topics such as (1) Screening and prevention of gynecological cancers, (2) Colorectal cancer - what women need to know, (3) Myths of women health problems and (4) Protect yourself against breast cancer.

Bodyworks Chiropractic will share with attendees how to manage back pains, a common problem among ladies, in a safe and natural way. Attendees will also receive a complimentary posture and spinal analysis.

Katharos Organics will introduce their range of organic products - safe and natural alternatives that can be used in ladies' daily skincare regime, as part of their talk "The safer way to a more beautiful you".

Visitors to the Ladies Expo will have the opportunity to try out fun activities such as the Hot Hula Fitness workshops by EatPlayGear, wine appreciation classes by The Cellar Door, art classes by Modern & Contemporary Artspace, Belly-Dancing as well as Shawls and Fashion showcases by Queenmark.
