Recently on Weibo, a netizen in China claimed that Cecilia Cheung had brought a man back to her house in Hong Kong.
According to Asian E-News Portal, the duo could be heard shouting on the roof top in the middle of the night.
Six days ago during the promotion campaign, Cecilia responded and denied the incident.
She said: "The incident reported on Weibo is false and it is considered slander without any solid evidence. To the culprit, please delete it on Weibo."
The netizen then deleted the post quickly.
Just two weeks ago, Cecilia Cheung was spotted lunching with a Singaporean man, who has been identified as restauranteur Earn Chen, 41.
According to The Straits Times, the pair were photographed enjoying a casual date at a Thai restaurant here, together with Cheung's two sons, Quintus, four, and Lucas, seven, after Chen picked them up in his car.
Cheung, who divorced Hong Kong actor Nicholas Tse, 34, in 2011 after five years of marriage, relocated to Singapore with her sons late last year.
She reportedly got to know Chen in church earlier this year, after which he started to woo her for six months before winning her heart last month, The Straits Times reported.
