1) HIMALAYA HERBALS ANTI-WRINKLE CREAM
Himalaya is one brand that got me through my teenage acne phase, and I have trusted the brand ever since.
The best thing about this cream is that it moisturises my skin without leaving my face greasy.
Its lightweight formula - a common character with most of its products - seems to soothe the majority of skin types.
The manufacturer says that the cream smoothens fine lines and prevents your skin from going through the ageing process with ingredients such as aloe vera, grape and tomato.
I like the pricing too.
Available at Mustafa, selected Watsons and department stores.
I cringe as beauty experts tell me that turning 25 means I need to consider a new world of moisturisers - the anti-ageing ones
2) L'OREAL PARIS REVITALIFT MAGIC BLUR INSTANT SMOOTHER ANTI-AGEING MOISTURISER
If you are an impatient person like me, this Magic Blur Instant Smoother Anti-Ageing Moisturiser by L'Oreal is about to surprise you.
I couldn't believe my eyes when there were instant results after I tried it on the back of my hand.
I have started using this cream as a face moisturiser ever since. Another reason that made me fall in love with the cream is that it leaves a cooling sensation on the skin.
I am just hoping that its anti-ageing formula - in the long run - will hide any pesky wrinkles or fine lines that insist on taking over my face.
Available at all Watsons, Guardian, selected department stores and major supermarkets.
3) IDS C-PLUS
The manufacturer says it banishes wrinkles, uneven skin tone and acne scars.
The best part of it all?
There is absolutely no sticky or oily feeling on your face after use.
With just one application, I notice that my skin has become distinctively clearer, more radiant and super fresh.
My only problem is with its price. Ouch. But if you have deep pockets, it can be a great option.
Available at The IDS Clinic atthe Novena Specialist Centre.
