SINGAPORE - Shape Glow returned for the second year running - with a new and longer fitness routine that proved to be a hit with its 450 participants.
Held at Zouk and Phuture on Friday night, Shape Glow is a night-time fitness event organised by Shape Singapore, a women's health and wellness magazine licensed under Meredith Corporation and published by SPH Magazines Pte Ltd.
While last year's dance workout party featured 90 minutes of Zumba and Bokwa, Shape Glow 2015 comprised two invigorating group exercises, 45 minutes of Belly Blitz and 60 minutes of Zumba, conducted by Amore Fitness instructors.
Li Yuling, editor, Shape, SPH Magazines, said: "This was the perfect way to end a work week. Nothing says TGIF better than a groovy workout and rousing music. Holding our event here at Zouk and Phuture means that those who are still raring to go can party on."
Diana Lee, General Manager, Fashion & Beauty, SPH Magazines, said: "As the country's leading health and fitness magazine, Shape is proud to walk the talk and organise fun sporting events that are accessible to all women.
There's Shape Run for Singapore's growing running population, Shape Yoga for those who prefer a more meditative exercise, and of course Shape Glow for the hip, young, and young at heart! We are thankful for the unwavering support of our partners and readers."
Each participant received goodies worth more than $174, including a full year's subscription to Shape magazine, a one-week Amore Fitness access pass, Amore Boutique spa voucher, Reebok voucher, delectable snacks as well as healthcare and personal care products.
Shape Glow 2015 is pleased to have Amore Fitness as Co-presenter and Reebok as Official Sports Gear.
