New Face 2014: Introducing Rinna

The Subaru BRZ possesses one of the lowest centres of gravity among any mainstream vehicle with its Horizontally-Opposed Boxer engine. It delivers excellent handling and control.

When Rinna Murni first tried rock climbing in secondary school, she learnt perseverance.

She said: "For example, there're routes in the bouldering where I tended to lose my grip and fall, so I'd keep trying and trying until I'd completed the route.

"It's like a challenge to myself."

Another hobby she works hard on is playing the guitar, which she started doing only last year.

The 17-year-old said: "I enjoy playing both the acoustic and electric guitar, and I play them almost every day for about an hour each.

"I'm still not good at it, but I believe practice makes perfect, so I'll keep trying."

Rinna credits her mother - who raised her and her brother single-handedly - for the can-do attitude.

"She is truly my role model. Being a single mum and raising both my brother and I on her own all these years made me realise what a strong woman she is.

"It has affected me to a point where it motivates me to work and study hard, and hopefully return the favour in time.

"And to take her to all the places she wishes to visit because she loves travelling."
