If there was a contest to crown Britain's worst mum, Ms Naica Gibson (inset) would be a strong contender.

The unemployed woman had once allowed her children to go hungry so she could pay £4,000 (S$8,470) for breast implants in Poland.

Now, the 31-year-old is asking for another £5,000 for a new breast job after the previous one left her with uneven breasts, Daily Mail reported.

Ms Gibson, who has four children, has been depending on financial handout from the British government.

She is reportedly given £1,357 a month for, among others, tax credits, child benefits and housing allowance.

"I was determined to get my dream boob job no matter what, even if it meant cutting back on things for the kids," she said.

Ms Gibson also did not pay for the their clothes and school trips as she "had to cut back on pretty much everything" to get a size 38D bust.

She told The Sun: 'I'm from England and deserve the treatment if I need it. I don't see anything wrong in using my benefits for a boob job.'

Ms Gibson added that she cannot work as she has to look after her children, saying: "I expect the NHS (National Health Service) to fix my breasts after all the stress I've been through."
