Since 2012, Maison Martin Margiela has been bottling its Replica line of scents, with each evoking a memory of a specific time and place.
Our favourites are Lazy Sunday Morning, set in Florence, 2003, and is reminiscent of bed linen and soft skin; and Jazz Club, a cocktail of cigars and whisky which conjures up a moment in Brooklyn, 2013.
Two new additions to the Replica collection debut at Tangs Beauty next month.
At The Barber's, a sharp and clean scent, evokes a barbershop in Madrid, 1992.
And Tea Escape, which brings to mind green tea laced with white flowers and puffed rice, was inspired by an afternoon in Tokyo, 2008.
Each Replica perfume is priced at $129 for 100ml.
