Socialite Arissa Cheo refutes plastic surgery rumours with face X-ray

Singaporean socialite Arissa Cheo has blasted a follower on her Instagram account for spreading plastic surgery rumours by showing an X-ray of her face.
The Instagram user charlottelim580 said on June 11 that Cheo was not a "natural beauty", and added that she has done plastic surgery before.
The fashion entrepreneur hit back at her comment and posted the X-ray photo which was taken at the dentist as she was going to get Invisalign - which are clear aligners to straighten teeth.
Along with the post, she wrote that the X-ray shows that there is no work done in her nose or face, and she does not have fake double eyelids.
She confirmed that "nothing (was) done to (her) face at all" but added that she does not rule out doing plastic surgery when she is older.
Cheo also said she might get breast implants if she can deal with the fact that it is going to "hurt like hell".
She said her features are a "little more prominent" than that of the usual Asian and added such looks run in her family.
Her brothers, Elroy and Hubert, and her cousins also have double eyelids and features that are "much deeper and sharper" than hers, she wrote.
In the comment, the user also said Cheo "reportedly slapped a girl" who had better looks and family background than her.
She alleged that Cheo is not interested in her husband, Taiwanese rock star Van Ness Wu, and is planning to divorce him as she is interested in someone else.
Cheo wrote in a photo post on June 11 that she decided to reply to this user as she is tired of people spreading "malicious" rumours about her.
The jewellery designer added that she has never slapped a girl and she is not interested in guys with money.
Her post also revealed that her husband is the only person she has been with in the past 10 years.
Cheo ended the post saying her life is far from perfect and told her followers not to paint her as a bad person or speculate on her personal life or relationship.
