10-year-old girl pries open alligator's jaw after it latches onto her leg

Per ABC News, the girl was wading in the designated swimming area of Lake Mary Jane on Saturday afternoon when the gator caught hold of her leg.

The 10-year-old managed to get away, left with treatable puncture wounds and a pretty badass story.
