MH370: Signals consistent with flight data recorders: analysis

PERTH, Australia - Experts analysing the first two pulse signals detected by an Australian ship searching for Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 believe they are consistent with a flight data recorder, search chief Angus Houston said Wednesday.

"They believe the signals to be consistent with the specification and description of a flight data recorder," Houston told reporters.
