PARIS - Shots were fired Friday during a car chase north-east of Paris with two suspects who may be the brothers sought in the massacre of 12 people in Paris, a police source said.

The drama unfolded on the National 2 highway almost 48 hours into a massive manhunt for the Islamist gunmen who attacked the Charlie Hebdo offices on Wednesday.
