WATCH: Terrifying moment baby flies out of moving car onto busy road

Dashcam footage captured the chilling moment when a small child fell out of the back seat of a moving car in the city of Lipetsk, August 10.

According to reports, the child's mother did not close the car door tightly enough, leading to the baby falling onto the road during a turn. The woman immediately jumped out to rescue the infant.

Police later used the dash cam footage to find the car and the family involved, launching an investigation into the incident. The condition of the child remains unknown.

According to the creator of the video, the time and date on the dash cam were not configured to when the incident took place, on 10 August 2017.
