COME Sept 24, Singapore's largest shopping and entertainment extravaganza, Singapore International Indian Festival (SIISFest), will return for the fourth year.
Held at Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre, in Halls 403 and 404, SIISFest 2015 will be open to the public from 10am to 10pm during Sept 24 to 27.
This year, a minimum spend of $30 in a single receipt at the shopping event gives you a chance to win a Hyundai Sonata VIII.
That should be easy to achieve, as visitors can expect over 200 stalls that sell a range of items from clothing and jewellery to statues and art pieces, with exhibitors coming from countries such as Singapore, India and Malaysia.
Look out for local store AnCee with their Chantelle range of clothes on sale. Each unique piece in this collection evokes the beauty of nature while paying homage to the eternal beauty of every woman.
Arizma - Curator of Fine Jewellery will also have a stall at SIISFest that features some of the most exquisite diamonds and gemstones in priceless, wearable works of art.
Suria Fine Arts, a contemporary art gallery and art consultancy from Malaysia which specialises in contemporary sculpture, paintings and ceramics, will also be at the shopping festival.
Another unique exhibitor will be Singaporean company Golden Touch. This store features beautifully-crafted decorative frames that are made with 24-carat gold foil.
This is just a sampling of what's in store at the shopping festival. There are also more lucky draws and goodie bags at the venue. Visitors will also be treated to an Indian food festival with an array of foods from the sub-continent.
You may also get the chance to rub shoulders with Indian celebrities, as the organisers are planning to bring in stars from the latest blockbusters. Previous editions of the festival have seen celebrities like Hrithik Roshan and Shriya Saran coming here.
Last year's event saw over 70,000 visitors and 200 exhibitors. With free admission to the shopping fiesta, SIISFest 2015 looks set to be bigger and better than ever!
