Every one's favourite time of the year almost here! For Christmas this year, eight hotels and BreadTalk have come up with delectable desserts that you definitely cannot resist.

Park Hotel Group

Decked with a kaleidoscope of vibrant colours, Santa's Rainbow Cake ($98) is made using six fruit extracts, including strawberry and lemon, which give the cake its brilliant colours.

Complete with raspberries, a sugar-coated Santa and reindeer, the moistness and lightness of this cake come through with every bite.

Fullerton Hotel

Complete your festive celebrations with the new 7th Heaven Yule Log ($69), a log cake with seven ingredients, including Bailey Irish Cream and hazelnut nougatine.

Or go classic with the hotel's signature Chocolate Manjari Crunch Yule Log ($69), which has a layer of Valrhona 64 per cent chocolate manjari cream.

Both cakes are available at the lobby's Christmas Goodies Booth from Nov 27 to Dec 25. Call 6877-8943.

Marriott Hotel

Make this Christmas a sweet affair with the new Deluxe Mont Blanc Log Cake ($68), which has thick luscious chestnut puree with candied chestnut tucked within.

Another crowd pleaser is the freshly baked Christmas Stollen ($26 for a 500g loaf), a loafshaped fruitcake made with premium whole almonds and marzipan.

Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel

Put a smile on your loved ones' faces with traditional festive goodies such as the raspberry flavoured, grand marnier and "guanaja" chocolate Christmas Yule log cake ($58) and the vanilla pineapple roasted confit, coconut biscuit and mango, yuzu mousse log cake ($58).

Resorts World Sentosa

Dense and heavily infused with walnuts, almonds and cherries, and decadently topped with rich and smooth vanilla cream, the old-fashioned nutty fruit cake ($24) bursts with the flavours of Christmas.

Royal Plaza on Scotts

Usher in Christmas with the Festive Boutique Style Cupcakes ($6 per piece) or the Traditional English Fruit Cake ($70) with candied fruits and nuts.

Carlton Hotel

The new Homemade Pecan Pie ($45) is a winner with its crisp and buttery pastry crust and generous filling. Chocolate lovers will also enjoy the hotel's best seller, the Classic Chocolate Log Cake ($54), where moist sponge cake is rolled up in dark chocolate cream and coated in hazelnut praline creameux.

Orchard Hotel

New offerings at the hotel include the "Chocolate Delice" Forest Berries, Biscuit and Caramelized Crispies ($88) and the Christmas mixed nuts tart ($78).

BreadTalk

The Hazelnut Dream ($52) features rich hazelnut cream within a light chocolate chiffon cake and is contrasted with a crunchy coating of paillete feuilletine made with crisp sweet crepe biscuits, making it a well-deserved treat.

Another tempting masterpiece that will impress is the Santa's Fruityland ($48), which has layers of assorted fruits and Chantilly cream with cheese between a delicate genoise sponge glazed with a luscious white chocolate ganache.
