JESSIE Chung, the transsexual who made headlines when she married Joshua Beh, plans to adopt children after four years of marriage, Sin Chew Daily reported.

She said they planned to adopt two or three children next year.

"We will be busy this year so we will do it next year," she said during their four-year wedding anniversary celebrations on Wednesday.

Chung, who was born male more than 30 years ago, underwent three major operations to become a woman, having known from young that she was a female trapped in a male body.

Chung said she and her husband had a wonderful married life and planned to write another book on it.
