CDAC opens full-service centre in Hougang

CHINESE self-help group Chinese Development Assistance Council (CDAC) has opened its second full-service centre, in Hougang Avenue 10.

It moved its student-care centre from Hougang Avenue 8 to this site and converted it to a full-service centre to serve workers and families.

It was officially opened yesterday by Foreign Affairs Minister George Yeo.
