Terror bid foiled, bomb diffused near security printing press

A terror bid has been foiled as the bomb disposal squads have diffused bomb near Security printing press, Karachi airport on Wednesday.

According to private TV channel, an unknown person informed the airport police about a suspected bag near security printing press, Karachi airport. The police rushed at the place and call bomb disposal squads. The bomb disposal squads reached at the site and diffused the bomb.

According to officials the bomb was of half kilogram but there was no detonator in the bomb. The officials told that the presence of bag was aimed at to create panic amongst the people.
