Antoinette Christmas Collection 2015

SWEETEN your holiday season this year with Antoinette's Christmas Collection of new cakes and desserts, such as their camera-worthy Terrarium (S$20 or S$120, below) - an edible garden housed in a transparent globe. It is actually made up of dark chocolate mousse, passion fruit parfait, caramelised banana flambe with dark rum, light cocoa sponge cake with dark rum, and smoked almond nougatine.

Other sweet treats include a log cake called Snow Queen (S$10 to S$90) made of vanilla cream cheese parfait and exotic fruit cream, raspberry marmalade, and financier cake with kirsch, as well as a Chocolate Gianduja Ball Christmas Tree (S$95) and a Jingle Ball (S$18 or S$65) which is an edible chocolate sphere filled with sweet treats.

Don't worry if you don't have a sweet tooth however, because then the La Foret (S$75) is just for you. This savoury four-layered sandwich "cake" is made of bread drizzled with olive oil, onion marmalade, tomato jam, serrano ham, homemade orange duck rillete, foie gras mousse and roasted chicken mimosa. a

BT Lifestyle is collaborating with Antoinette to give away five Terrarium Christmas cakes (worth S$20 each).
