Body of migrant worker slain in Hong Kong arrives home

The body of a migrant worker who was murdered in Hong Kong, Sumarti Ningsih, arrived at her home in Gandrungmangu village, Central Java, early on Wednesday

The body was returned by a team from the Foreign Ministry and a number of migrant worker activists from the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Jakarta.

Sumarti was allegedly murdered by a banker from Britain named Rurik Jutting earlier this month. Her remains were placed in a bag that was found on the balcony of Jutting's apartment in Hong Kong.

Besides Sumarti, another Indonesian migrant worker named Seneng Mujiasih, 28, from West Muna regency, Southeast Sulawesi, was reportedly a victim of Jutting at the same location.
