Caught on camera: Bullies kicking and punching girl in public

In the video which has been circulated on tv.sohu.com, the girls can be seen kicking and slapping the helpless girl as she kneels on the ground.

The bullies also tug at their victim's undergarments in order to humiliate her.

According to the video's description, the victim of the bullying had apparently carried tales about her attackers, which led to the confrontation.

Unbelievably, nobody stepped in to intervene on her behalf, despite the fact that she was being bullied in a public place.

Although such videos of bullying are not uncommon among students in China, this case is particularly vicious, and has drawn much flak from the online community.
