Japan PM Abe, Obama held phone talks over US spying

TOKYO - Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and US President Barack Obama held talks over the phone to discuss issues including the recent release by WikiLeaks of a list of Japanese targets of spying by the US National Security Agency, Jiji Press reported on Wednesday.
