SICHUAN - Netizens are incensed with a man who walks his pet rat on the streets of Sichuan, China, reported Kwong Wah Yit Poh.
A photo posted on the Internet showed that the rat was tied on one leg by a string held by the man.
The rat was trying to run away but failed, it reported. Several Netizens criticised his act as unhealthy.
