Thai princess to teach occassionally after retirement

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn will still occasionally work as a special teacher at the Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy in Nakhon Nayok province despite her retirement, Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister General Prawit Wongsuwan said yesterday.

The princess has done so much for the academy, he said, and she will certainly be missed now that she is retired. However, she still intends to visit the academy from time to time to pass her knowledge on to the military cadets.

Unfortunately, she will not teach on a permanent basis as she has other duties to attend to, Prawit lamented.
