Vet kneels and apologises to dog

CHINA - China Press reported that a veterinarian knelt in front of a dog and started apologising for his errors after he gave a wrong diagnosis and treatment.

The incident that took place at a famous pet hospital in Suzhou, China, was filmed and appeared in a news channel.

The vet, known as Mr Cao, said he dropped to his knees to calm down the upset dog owner, who insisted on a compensation for the error which cost him 20,000 yuan ($4,100) for surgery for his sick dog.

Cao said he had lodged a report against the owner for threatening and blackmailing him.
