Said Mr Hong: "If you compare us with the competitors, you will realise our prices are easily 15 to 20 per cent cheaper.
"Effectively, (the reason) we are able to give the value, it is because of the lower overheads that we have in terms of the rent.
"I gave up 12 years of my career in banking, for something that is no guarantee, but then again it's really about the passion, our ambition, and dream to actually own a restaurant, so there we go, the rest is history.
