Paris' historical tea-room and patisserie, Angelina, has opened at Capital Piazza (#01-82 ).
The signatures you will find include Old-Fashioned Hot Chocolate "L'Africain" ($12), the Le Mont-Blanc (chestnut vermicelli puree and a meringue base, $13.50) and the Angelina Chocolate Collection of eight ganaches and four pralines (from $49 a box).
Angelina Singapore will also offer an all-day dining menu with timeless French classics such as truffle omelette ($25).
