British-inspired festive menus at The Royal Mail


British-inspired festive menus are available at The Royal Mail this month.

The Festive Set Lunch menu (till Jan 2) features a two-course ($35++) or three-course ($38++) meal.

Appetiser options include pan-seared mini potato and bacon gratin or grilled vegetables and goat cheese.

Main course choices include sous vide salmon fillet and turkey breast blanquette. For its four-course Christmas menu (Mon to Dec 26, $88++), dishes include The Royal Mail chestnut soup with a chestnut crumble and main course options such as monkfish medallion fillet with roasted shallots, baby spinach, porcini mushrooms and port wine sauce.
