BEIJING, Sept. 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Asia Clean Capital ("ACC") today announced a strategic partnership with Jiangsu Dahang Microgrid Technology Co., Ltd ("Dahang Microgrid") and signed a solar power project cooperation agreement to co-develop a 200 megawatt solar pipeline in Mainland China.
The target project sources are top local and international companies' plants, office buildings and other projects accepted by both parties, including gird-connected projects, under-construction projects and new projects.
Dahang Microgrid specializes in micro-grid research & design and solar project building & construction. ACC has a strong solar PV market development and financing capacity. ACC and Dahang Microgrid will integrate each party's resources in the field of PV power generation and establish a win-win long-term cooperative relationship.
Mr. Kong Xiangzhao, general manager of Dahang Microgrid, introduced its existing solar projects and operation status at the Intelligence O&M management center.
Thomas Lapham, CEO of ACC, visited Dahang Microgrid last week and shared ACC's business focus and its plan in the China market. Dahang Group Chairmen Xue Jun introduced the group's current business map and future development strategy.
