The Noodle Kitchen at Galaxy Macau is offering an authentic taste of the North at the hands of Dalian Chef Yu Tao who is the founder of renowned restaurant Feng Wei Ju, which was recently featured on TV program "A Taste of Dalian".
Chef Tao has meticulously selected premium ingredients from the pure waters of the North to create authentic dishes which capture the true tastes of the sea in the region, in which, the dishes prepared and presented at The Noodle Kitchen will be exactly as they would be in Dalian for demanding local gourmets.
