Engaging in conversations and responding to candidate greetings on Bossjob can each earn 5 points daily, while daily gift baskets are randomly distributed between 1 and 5 points. To add excitement to the event, Bossjob also established a KPI competition segment, offering an additional 20 points for the top 50% of players on the weekly leaderboard. The most interesting aspect of this event is inviting new users to join Bossjob. Successfully inviting a company can yield 10,000 points, equivalent to $100, with no upper limit on the number of invitations. The more active employers are, the more candidates they hire, and the more new employers they recommend, the greater the cash rewards they receive.

As of August 6th, the cash reward for the top-ranking participant on the leaderboard has exceeded $1,000 and continues to rise.
