SINGAPORE - The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has launched a residential site at Alexandra View for sale by public tender on Wednesday.
The land parcel was made available for sale through the Reserve List system on September 26.
An application for the tender had been received from a developer in October.
In a statement, the URA says that the developer committed to bid no less than $222,898,000 for the land parcel.
The 0.65 ha site will have a maximum permissible gross floor area (GFA) of 31,857 sqm.
It is located within an established residential estate and is a short distance away from prime central areas like the CBD, Orchard Road and Marina Bay.
It is also near the Redhill MRT station.
