HONG KONG, June 14, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- BNY Mellon Wealth Management has named Yolande Escher as Head of Greater China based in Hong Kong. Escher will report to Jeroen Kwist, Head of International Wealth Management and will be responsible for growing the BNY Mellon Wealth Management activities in Asia.

Before joining BNY Mellon in 2014, Escher started her career at UBS Wealth Management in Zurich, Switzerland and London, UK. In this role, she held various senior positions in strategy, business management and client sales. In 2008, Escher joined Barclays Wealth and was a Desk Head for U.K. resident non-domiciled clients until she joined BNY Mellon Family Office Services, International Wealth Management in 2014.
Escher holds an Economics Degree from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. She took part in an international M.B.A. student program at the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad, India (IIMA).
