Themed around delicious food, splendid drinks and music, the bar is entirely non-smoking. It features a diverse layout to support guests from all over the world, provides jazz-based entertainment and offers world-class hospitality.

The hotel now has an entirely non-smoking bar on the 40th floor with views of the Shibuya Scramble Crossing, Tokyo Tower and Mount Fuji.

Shingo Gokan, Founder and Bartender of The SG Club

Born in 1983 in Kanagawa. Moved to the U.S. in 2006 to train as a barman in a New York bar. Represented the U.S. and won at the 2012 International Cocktail Competition. Opened Speak Low in 2014 and Sober Company in 2017, both in Shanghai, and The SG Club in 2018 in Shibuya, Tokyo. Currently invited to events across the world as a noted bartender, and also runs youth-training initiatives.

Shigeki Yoshida, Chief Bartender and Sommelier of the Cerulean Tokyu Hotel Tower's Bar BELLOVISTO

Born in 1972 in Tokyo. Joined the hotel when it opened in 2001. Worked in bars, lounges and a main restaurant until assuming his current post from 2012. Has winning accomplishments in international bartender festivals and cigar competitions. Is qualified as a senior sommelier and has conducted much training across the world in wine and cigar service.
