Acquisition of Axxone International Strengthens Strategic Commitment to Leverage Capabilities for CBC Customers

SINGAPORE, Oct. 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Connell Bros. Co. LLC (CBC), a division of Wilbur-Ellis and the largest marketer and distributor of specialty chemicals and ingredients in Asia-Pacific, has acquired the assets of Axxone International Pte Ltd., a chemical manufacturing and distribution company with headquarters located in Singapore. Axxone's assets have been acquired by CBC's subsidiary, Core Ingredients Pte Ltd., which will continue to operate the business.
