David Knowles and Victor Kang join Lim-Loges & Masters team

SINGAPORE, March 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Lim-Loges & Masters, a premiere firm in the field of transition management, disruption management and executive search, is pleased to announce the addition of two new members, with extensive experience in their respective areas of specialty, to its Asia team.

David Malcolm Knowles joins the Transition Management team based in Indonesia and augments the team for Southeast Asia-based clients. David specialises in organizational design/succession planning, and is experienced in the natural resources sectors.

David spent over 12 years in downstream and manufacturing oil and gas organizations, overseeing talent management. While with energy companies, he worked at global HQ level in New York, affiliate management level in London, and at plant and field operations in Indonesia.

David's recent consulting clients include ASEAN Secretariat, UNDP, Royal Haskoning DHV, Sinarmas Agribusiness and Freeport McMoran (Indonesia).

David has an upper second honors degree from Stirling University in Scotland with additional undergraduate work in University of California; he has undertaken graduate studies in Training and Development (Leicester University) and Organization Behavior (London University). David's first language is English, and he is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.

Victor Kang joins the Executive Search team and will be based in Singapore for regional Asia searches.  He specialises in senior management hires for specialty chemicals, life science and healthcare sectors.

Victor has been active in the executive search industry since 2007. He has successfully led numerous regional searches for senior management and specialist positions for multinational companies across Asia Pacific. Victor's key area of practice is in specialty chemicals comprising flavours & fragrances, food ingredients and nutrition companies; and in healthcare comprising implants, biologics and medical devices.

Victor holds a Bachelor degree in Chemistry (BSc Honours) from the National University of Singapore and is a registered practitioner for Employment Intermediaries (EFMA). Victor is fluent in English and Mandarin.
