Globee Launches World's Largest Transformative Multilingual BPO

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, March 28, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Globee Services is set to transform how businesses deliver customer experience through multilingual omni-channel customer support, coupled with artificial intelligence (AI).  Located in Kuala Lumpur, it will house over 2,000 staff, catering to the APAC region.

Globee is a joint venture between South Korea's largest BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) service company, UBASE and Everise, which owns C3/CustomerContactChannels, a large global BPO, based in USA.  

The launch was officiated by Datuk Yasmin Mahmood, CEO of Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation who welcomed Globee's establishment in Malaysia. "We believe Globee will elevate the customer experience aspect in Malaysia's Global Business Services (GBS) sector," she shared.

Sudhir Agarwal, CEO of Everise stated that companies need to partner with their clients and leverage technology to offer differentiated business models, forming the overall customer experience that brands need to achieve to compete globally.  

Sudhir also shared more on how Globee uses the convergence of technology and multilingual experience to offer solutions. "We have set up a Globee Lab within the center, tapping on AI's power to incubate and innovate products, further enhancing the customer experience that is delivered."
