Hong Kong stocks up 0.19% at lunch

HONG KONG - Hong Kong shares climbed 0.19 percent by the break on Tuesday following a rise on Wall Street and as dealers await the outcome of a policy meeting at the US Federal Reserve.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index rose 43.28 points to 22,320.00 on turnover worth HK$29.18 billion ($3.77 billion).
