Located in the Sudirman Central Business District, the grand opening featured a "potong tumpeng" ceremony. Attending the ceremony was Richard Chua, Commissionaire of PT. IGG Indonesia Digital along with several other key people of the company.

To welcome the guests, the grand opening ceremony also featured an office tour, introduction to IGG, a cosplay event, followed by an after party.

The new office will include several new departments other than Operations, such as Human Resources and Business Development and Marketing.
IGG has also welcomed the guests by presenting the newly composed Lords Mobile theme song entitled "Champion's Overture", composed by a notable Hollywood composer Klaus Badelt and played by the London Symphony Orchestra.
