I-ON Communications Announces MoU With Singapore-based Hyper Resources Interactive & Third Quarter Earnings Release Date

SEOUL, South Korea, Nov. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- I-ON Communications Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of I-ON Communications Corp. (OTCQB: IONI) ("I-ON" or the "Company"), www.i-on.net, a Seoul, South Korea-based global enterprise software company focused on delivering leading CMS and unstructured data management products and solutions to mid- and large-scale enterprises, announced today that it has executed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Singapore-based Hyper Resources Interactive Pte Ltd. ("Hyper Resources"), a leading enterprise document and record management solutions developer and distributor. Established in 2003, Hyper Resources is an enterprise solutions company that helps mid- to large-scale enterprise customers digitize, store, access and manage their document-based data, including document and records management and digital electronic forms.
Under the terms of the MoU, the two parties will collaborate beginning immediately, with an eye towards formalizing a more defined mandate by the first quarter of 2019 and playing into Singapore's longer-term growth prospects in enterprise CMS and unstructured data management solutions. Hyper Resources will assist with marketing and utilize I-ON's core CMS suite of ICS6, IDAS, IDS, ICS and eForm solutions, while I-ON assists with operational and technical support as well as solutions training.
According to Gartner, Singapore's enterprise CMS market is projected to exceed US$100 million in the coming few years, while the APAC region as a whole is forecasted to well-exceed US$900 million. "With Singapore's electronic document management and broader CMS market still growing at a double-digit rate year over year, we believe that I-ON Communications' proven comprehensive solutions will help us strengthen our Singaporean and ASEAN customer base and ultimately contribute a larger percentage to our revenue base going forward," stated Mr. James Oh, Chairman of I-ON.
