Ledger Nano S officially launches in Hong Kong and appoints Lava Tech sole distributor in Greater China

Top-level chip offers world-class security

Ledger Nano S (and other Ledger's products) runs BOLOS, or Blockchain Open Ledger Operating System, the OS developed by Ledger. This unique proprietary technology integrates the OS into the chip or hardware. The EAL 5+ certified chip embedded on Ledger Nano S is the same as that used in a credit card or passport. It is a tamper-resistant platform capable of securely hosting applications and data, in accordance with the rules and security requirements set by pre-authorized applications and developers.
